Suzanne Pleshette is an American actor and voiceover artist. She amassed more than one hundred credits over her nearly five decades of career. Pleshette is a native of New York and began her stage career as an actor. In later years she decided to gradually shift to the screen. Her most notable films include 'Rome Adventure,' 'The Birds', 'Fate is the Hunter,' If it's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium', and Support Your Local Gunfighter. Films and TV appearances also had a variety of roles. There were four times that she was nominated as an Emmy Award as well as two Golden Globe Awards. Two times she was nominated, Pleshette won the Laurel Award in 1963 for her film 'The Birds'. Pleshette was buried in the year 2008. She was awarded a Star on her death at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
