Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin (born April 15 1977) is an American writer, director comedian and podcaster. She is also a vocal advocate for mental health. Her previous job was as writer for BuzzFeed Video but left in 2015 with co-writer and colleague Gabe Dunn to pursue work in their YouTube channel for comedy Just Between Us. Raskin was born June 20th, 1989 in Manhattan, New York, to a Jewish parentage. She attended her studies at the University of Southern California and obtained a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree. Jamin Ben Raskin (born December 13, 1962) is an American attorney, law professor, and politician serving as the U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district from 2017. Law professor was the lead prosecutor in the impeachment of Trump. Rep. Jamie Raskin decided to not run for Maryland's vacant Senate seat and will instead seek reelection in the House in the hope that to be chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac along with several other suburbs that are among the richest of Washington, D.C., are located in the 8th district. Rockville is the biggest of these cities.
