Maycee lost her last fight losing via a unanimity at UFC 258 against Alexa Grasso. Barber's next match was against Miranda Maverick, at UFC on ESPN Sandhagen Dillashaw: Sandhagen was victorious by a split decision. Barber was victorious over Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022 by unanimous decision. Barber then went on to take over Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye in UFC 276 in July 2022. The fight was also won in a unanimous vote. Her contract ended with UFC after the fight, although Barber signed another contract later in the times. Barber won her most recent fight against Andrea Lee, on March 25th 2023. The match was held in UFC Fight Night Vera and Sandhagen.
