In UFC Fight Night 205 on 23rd April 2022 Barber fought against Montana De La Rosa and won by an unanimous decision. Barber later replaced Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2nd, 2022. She was up against Jessica Eye. The victory was a unanimous one. Her contract ended with UFC following the fight however, Barber signed a new contract in subsequent years. Barber's most recent bout was with Andrea Lee at UFC Fight Night Vera against. Sandhagen on March 25, 2023. She won via split decision.
