Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder - Winona Lauro Horowitz - was born in Winona Minnesota. Her parents, Winona Ryder's parents, gave her the name of her hometown. The father of her Michel Horowitz and her mother Cynthia Palmer were authors and editors. Ryder's father was from a Jewish family. Ryder believes she is Jewish. She has two younger half-siblings, Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder moved with her family members to Mendocino County California at the age of seven. The town didn't even have electricity. Ryder was a consummate reader and spent her time reading books because there was no TV. Ryder started to take acting classes at the American Conservatory Theatre when she turned 12 years old. Lucas was dismissed in the year 1986. Ryder, who was only 15, landed an acting job as a lead actor. Ryder endured bullying while in highschool. Ryder hoped her career in acting would change this. However, it didn't come to pass. However, she pushed on with her dreams. In 1988, it was the year that Tim Burton released Beetlejuice that she got her big break. Ryder was able to continue playing roles that were successful in several movies. She was nominated for two Academy Awards one for her part as a character in The Age of Innocence (1993).
